NEW FACES IN THE ALLEYS
The first contest launched by Malagazzetta where you can unleash your imagination and your game designer skills, creating a new warband for the alleys of the damned city.
Read the dedicated blog article (HERE) or visit the Contest page under the Association section in the menu.
CRIMINAL PROFILES
A full warband is too much? Maybe you have enough for a single character, and we thought of you too.
To enter the criminal profiles contest you will need to create an adventurer or a Dramatis Personae, inspired by a genuinely shady real-life character. Whether the inspiration comes from a serial killer, a madman, or a heavy-handed vigilante doesn't matter — they are all welcome within the crumbling walls of the damned city.
First prize: Artwork of the winning character, produced and sponsored by artist Simone Peracchi. The artwork will be
sent printed and signed by the artist to the winner, and attached
to the rules.
THE CHAOS WORKSHOP
A small contest open to all players, even non-members of the association, that puts both game design and practical craftsmanship to the test.
Open your chaos workshop: build a terrain piece and write rules to bring it to life on the gaming table. A haunted or possessed house, a suspicious fountain, or perhaps a well it would be unwise to get too close to.
Visit the Contest page to find out more. The winner's work will be published with the accompanying rules in the end-of-year issue of Malagazzetta la rivista and on our Blog, and will also be made available to everyone in the Free Download section of the newsstand page.
COLLECTORS' PAINTING CHALLENGE
This contest is reserved for all those in possession of the exclusive Malagazzetta miniature, released with the annual print subscription and given to some attendees of the Mordheim World Tournament 2025.
Put your painting skills to the test and submit the miniature to compete with other collectors.
Up for grabs is a discount to help you improve your painting skills alongside the talented painter and judge of this contest Mattia Celati (@mattiacelati)
Jump in, and sign up for the contest that inspires you most! Help us bring something new within the walls of the damned city too.
